A settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza (son of Habib Allah Mirza), his wife (daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah), his brothers (Fath ʻAli Mirza and ʻAli Mirza), with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah (a clockmaker originally from Niyak) on 28 November 1909, covering a mansion in front of Fakhriyah School, inclusive of the residential houses, stable, garden, etc in exchange for 1688 tumans and 8000 dinars. They divide the money among themselves based on their shares.

Dividing properties of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk among his inheritors, 1909
This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan's death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib.
